Returns / cancellations

All cancellations must be sent to GardenCanvas.co.uk in writing. You can do this by email, fax or post. Please include your full name and invoice number in your cancellation.

To refund any advance payments, we also need your bank account number. Please note: the account you give for the refund must be the same account used to pay GardenCanvas.co.uk. This helps prevent refund fraud.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your garden canvas has been made.

Cooling-off period

You have a cooling-off period of 7 days to return the product without giving a reason, excluding made-to-measure garden canvases. Products assembled or ordered specially for you are also excluded. Products can only be returned unused in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging. You must cover the cost of return delivery (and the original delivery to you).

Any payments already made will be refunded within 14 days, less any delivery costs mentioned above where applicable.

We charge £7.95 for delivery including VAT.
